Our Process

Planning and Budgeting

Every project begins with an initial meeting and job measure. Once it is clear which direction a customer would like to go and a budget has been set, our sales person will create a project proposal. A follow up meeting with be scheduled in order to review the details of the proposal and any necessary changes will be made at that time. A revised bid will be presented and if the customer would like to proceed, designs will be provided next.

Designing

As the contract is being prepared, designs will be presented to the customer. At this stage, our team will create a virtual design through a computer software called, 20/20 Design. This will allow clients to get a visual of what the final project will look like. At this stage we will make whatever necessary revisions to the designs to ensure every customer is happy.

Selections

After the logistics are taken care of, the fun part begins. In the second stage of the project, clients will sit down with Premier Showcase staff to make the necessary selections for the project. The selections to be made include, but are not limited to: cabinet color and style, countertops, hardware, plumbing fixtures, appliances, accessories, etc. The budget is always kept in mind when completing the selection process. All orders will be placed based on the selections made.

Scheduling

A detailed, tentative schedule will be provided to the client at the beginning of each project. Our goal is to make sure the client is always aware of what is going on. If anything changes, the customer is always the first to know.

Installation

After all the selections are made, orders are placed, and material is received the next stage of a project would be the installation process. Once everything is ready, a team of experienced personnel will be scheduled to complete the install. Once we have hit the installation phase, we have begun the final stages to the project completion.

Finishing Touches

In regards to the project’s completion, a Premier Showcase sales person or the Project Supervisor will complete a final walk-thru with the clients to ensure all their needs have been met as well as review anything that needs our attention. We strive to make our customers dream a reality and in order to do so we focus on every detail from start to finish.
